Dr. Jay Arthur is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon who is fellowship-trained in adult joint reconstruction, specializing in shoulder, hip, and knee replacement, revision surgery, and comprehensive arthritis care. Dr. Arthur combines minimally invasive approaches and robotic-assisted technology with a patient-centered philosophy focused on restoring mobility, relieving pain, and helping each person return to the activities they enjoy.

Dr. Arthur earned his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Occidental College in Los Angeles and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix. He completed a general surgery internship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, where he received the “Intern of the Year” award. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Phoenix and advanced his training with a fellowship in adult joint reconstruction at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles—consistently ranked among the nation’s top five hospitals by U.S. News & World Report.

Dr. Arthur has authored over 15 peer-reviewed publications and multiple book chapters on various orthopedic topics.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and camping.
